Abstract: Die Vortragsreihe soll eine intellektuelle Biographie des Nichts aus philosophischer Sicht erarbeiten. Hierzu werden philosophiegeschichtliche Aspekte aus Antike, Mittelalter und Neuzeit mit systematischen Aspekten des Nichts kombiniert. Das Nichts spielt in Ontologie, Logik, Physik, Moral und Erkenntnistheorie eine zentrale Rolle. Doch wie kann das Mangelhafte, Leere, Begrenzte eine solch produktive Bedeutung haben? Vortragende sind: Prof. Dr. Elke Brendel, Prof. Dr. Markus Gabriel, Prof. Dr. Wouter Goris, Prof. Dr. Christoph Horn, Prof. Dr. Dennis Lehmkuhl, Prof. Dr. Rainer Schäfer.
